Period and fairytale Costumes

I love Costumes from different periods such as baroque, rococo, gothic and Elizabethan etc because some of them are fun and very quirky, some of them have very beautiful detail and some of them look like they are out of fairytales and i also love some of the Costumes from fantasy/ fairytale films.

NAS Arts and Crafts

A few weeks ago for a few Saturday afternoons I took part in the arts and crafts sessions and I helped create gift products and decorative Christmas Products to sell for to raise money for the Autistic social groups around Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland which is part of the National Autistic Society and I go to the Sunderland Social group once a month. I am glad I took part because I love being involved with people who have Autism and I am also have Autism.

I wish had taken some photos of some of the sessions but I didn't, if it come back on again next year maybe I would take some of my own photos.

Some of these Christmas cards have a grown up and traditional feel but the children's Christmas cards have more of a very colourful, fun and quirky feel which I love.

Christmas Jumpers Day 2014

On Friday 12th December 2014 is the time for the annual Christmas Jumper Day which is to wear a Christmas Jumper and donate some money for by the Save The Children charity organisation which happens once a year since since 2012.

Some of these Christmas jumpers are very chic and others are very humours. Christmas Jumpers are now considered very chic nowadays instead of being a ichy, uncomftable and ugly jumpers your nana's used to knit when you were children it now created in more confortable and cool way.
